Print the Seven Habits Profile Assessment. Fill it out and turn into your advisor. Be sure to complete Week 2 Worksheet. Plan out the next seven days using this blank form. Don't forget to place a quote to guide for this week! Call your local elementary school or middle school and setup a day you will begin your PALS project. Have your advisor sign the Letter to Mentor's Parents form and then have your parent sign the form. Give this completed form to your advisor.
