California Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom has some excellent resources for developing agriculturally themed lessons to all grade levels. Go to their homepage, move mouse over "Lesson Plans" and then select the grade you will be teaching. USDA-CSREES helped to sponsor this website which kind of is the homepage for Ag in the Classroom. North Carolina Farm Bureau has agriculture lesson plans based on the North Carolina Standard Course of Study. Just click on the grade level and preview, or if you provide some basic information you can download lessons for free. How do you rate your test?

Assignments: Extra credit!

Teach! This is your week to teach your unit! Make sure you digitally record yourself in action for atleast 30 minutes. When you finish please fill out this reflective critique. This week begin developing a short lesson plan (30 -60 minutes) for an elementary or middle school class(Food for America program). This is really more of a one day presentation than a lesson. Make sure you complete Week 13 Worksheet and turn it into your advisor. Go to the BLOG and describe the ideal teacher.
